The hotel ok but dated ! BUT the beds are absolutely horrible And I am not picky!!! They literally go to the ground when you sit in them!! I had 4 rooms booked and all are the same so it’s not just my room!!! I don’t like to pay $200 a night and can’t sleep!!!!

Avoid Sheraton Hotels, or any Marriott/ Bonvoy/Starwood properties. We were a group of 12 with reservations since December and because of “overbooking” were relocated to a horrible and inconvenient location in a large city. We have been told the industry is price gauging and sold for higher prices. They were a nightmare to deal with and very unapologetic and offered no compensation/reparation. No accountability and no customer service. Save yourself the headache. 😄
