When we got to our room it smelled like a smokers room. had to switch rooms. Way too noisy at all times day and night. Cleaning crew it's quite noisy. parking is outrageously high. We came from Caribe Royal in Orlando, a much!! nicer hotel and valet parking was Only $15/night!!
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE! Staff was incredible rude, the ac in my room was not working and staff made it very difficult to get into another room. Our keys did not work after paying a $35 for the parking garage and couldn’t get in or out. Our car got vandalized within the first hour of being in our room. Never ever will I stay in this hotel. Latoya the manager was very disrespectful and started yelling to me in front of customers. Overall I would rate this hotel -0 stars

Stay ANYWHERE else in Atlanta except this hotel!!!!! They STEAL & LIE!! Last Jan I booked here for the market & soon after I HAD to cancel due to an emergency hysterectomy because the doctor thought I had CANCER. I contacted the hotel, explained the situation, was given a cancellation CONFIRMATION no. After my surgery, I never gave it another thought. FF to now- Eddie Hawkins from the property PROMISED a refund, even emailed me to say it was issued 4 1/2 WEEKS ago & I still do NOT have my $493!!!!! This place cares NOTHING a... read more
My beloved 11-year-old Chocolate Labrador has just been diagnosed with inoperable cancer. Wanting to spend some quality time with her I am planning a road trip, just her and I. I thought that it would be wonderful to stop in Atlanta and let her walk around a bit since she has never experienced a city atmosphere. If you want a peaceful quiet room and hotel, this hotel is not for you . Our room was outside the pool area and it was an all night party at the pool. The rooms are outdated and in much need of remodeling. This hotel is far from the 5 star it represents , more on the line of a 3. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is only one restaurant for lunch. After placing your order you may or may not get your food in about 45 minutes. I am very disappointed in this property.
Very good hotel in the middle of the center with a great indoor swimming pool!
