We booked a room for our trip 4 months in advance and got an email two days before our trip informing us they overbooked and moved us to a hotel 20 minutes away. We have friends that booked two weeks before the event but paid over double what we paid .... guess who wasn’t moved.... my friend that paid more. We see where your loyalty goes. You kept the people that picked you as a last minute stay not people who had booked you months in advance. Never again will I stay at one of your hotels.

It’s not a new hotel and the rooms need some upgrading. But... they have an amazing group of staff. People who work there made the stay really enjoyable. From the check-in personnel, Lomer, to the cafe cashier... I felt so welcomed!

For some reason this hotel refuses to return phone calls and award Green Choice points. I stayed for 14 consecutive nights in October/November and was entitled to 5000 SPG points that I have yet to receive.
I haven't even arrived for my check in yet and I'm already disappointed with staying there. You really need to retrain your staff to all have the same information and knowledge of procedures. I was told FOUR different things by 4 different staff members over the last week. And now I'm most likely not even checking in to my hotel room until 1030pm or later. If I had the info I was told today by the 3 people I spoke to earlier in the week I would have been able to change my arrangements or change my hotel but now for back of b... read more

I've stayed at the Sheraton every year for an annual convention, and my experience has gone downhill so much that I won't be staying with them in the future. Last year, my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we complained, they sent housekeeping to spray the carpet with a deodorizer, but that only made the room smell of cigarettes AND air freshener.
