Recommendedwas working there before legionairs breakout. nice hotel. banquet captain, Adam, needs be replaced. creates hostile, noncoheisive work environment. but if not for him, certainly I'd be at risk.....Food/banquet server.
I’m pissed seeing had recent stay at your hotel and received letter about the outbreak and provided a number to call, but the number is busy regardless of time you call. We had a major issue during our stay July 12-14. We still haven't received a follow-up from the GM. I will escalate issue seeing no one can reach your hotel!!!

i stayed here over the weekend with family for the first time cause i usually pick a different hotel downtown, I'm gonna say the hotel was great environment was lovely, walking distance to everything we wanted to go to which is a plus for my family cause we like to walk everywhere to save gas... pool was great my kids and niece and nephews loved it... didn't get a chance to check out the bar but hopefully if I say here again I will.. had no problems checking in or out. only thing the floor we stayed on the vending machine wi... read more
We hold the room almost over two month ago, the room we preferred was not available despite we paid and hold the room about two month ago, in general it was bad experience, we did not see the quality of Sheraton we were expecting, I am not sure if I recommend Sheraton Atlanta for anyone at all. Also The parking was suck

This hotel has provided one of THE WORST experiences I've ever had! We checked in today, 6/29/19, and have had to change rooms once, and was told we may have to change again! When checking in, I was not given a total charge, I had to check my bank account to see how much I was charged. I returned to the desk to get an itemized receipt, but was told it was not possible. There is nothing I don't love about this property. The rooms are immaculate. The staff is amazing. The food is incredible. I cannot recommend it highly enough. From Jerry at the door to the incredible Lauren in Fandagles, her colleagues Tonja and DJ, Willie in the dining room and virtually everyone else this is a superb team. I could eat the shrimp and grits every day! Keep up the great great work!
