Checked in early Thursday for our family reunion and there was a miscommunication about how much we were supposed to pay. The manager came and she fixed it and upgraded our room from a single bed to two beds. I enjoyed opening the curtains to look out at the indoor swimming pool and watching my family have fun. Also enjoyed the food and strong drinks in the restaurant inside the hotel. I ordered about 200.00 worth of food while I was there. Everything was hot and came out in a timely matter.
Had a great conference and board meeting and the check in experience with Destini was fast and cheerful. She told me to reach her for anything. Later, Jeffrey remembered me in the Executive Lounge and showed up with the most delicious cake and a little carton of fruit in case I needed a snack later. prices were more then negotiated, beds were not comfortable, elevator didn't work, very noisy from inside and outside noises. stay somewhere else
I had reservations for months in advance for the Walden University event. My flight was cancelled in Dallas. I called to let the hotel know immediately and to not cancel the reservation because they were flying me out the next day, but I would arrive after 10 pm. They assured me my reservation was secure. My flight was delayed by one hour. I arrived in Atlanta at 11. By the time I got my luggage, got my Uber, I arrived at the hotel at 12:20 am. We made reservations April 1 for a room for 4 days starting 6/8- 6/12 for a professional Nursing Conference. I was told It would be charged in the next 48 hours & the reservation couldn’t be changed. When we showed up today, they cancelled our reservation. Our credit card was stolen last week & the hotel decided to charge it today - it was declined- they didn’t even try to contact me - also they didn’t even try to remedy the situation “we’re full” not tried to help us book anywhere else. They have a beautiful indoor pool with a fun atmosphere. The rooms are nice, and the staff was very helpful.
