ZERO STARS!!! You charged me for $493 for a market stay that I had to cancel!!! I have a CONFIRMED cancellation number, yet I am now told it was an upfront charge that can’t be refunded?????? Without letting you know??? So, that’s how you extort money from your guests? The reason I could not come is because I had to have an emergency hysterectomy due to possible cancer! Wow! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Be warned!!❌❌❌

I will never stay in this hotel again. I requested a higher level floor and was told no rooms were available so they put me on the first floor where we had to use the service elevator to get to our room but i watched them check in 50 people or more a couple hours later in the morning. Then the housekeeping crew came into our room 4 times without knocking as if they didnt know we were in the room. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My husband and I were trying to have a very nice dinner and some how ended up at this place. This is NOT what it looks like in the pictures. It took forever to get a clean table, took forever to get a drink, took forever to get a menu, took forever to get our bill which ended up being outrageous. When you get a mixed drink, they charge you separately for the liquor and the soda so the 3 drinks I ordered ends up being about $55. We ordered pasta and a chicken dish and they wer... read more

Checked in on the app with a 4 pm check in, but when I arrived, after a 6 hour drive, I was told the room wouldn’t be ready for at least an hour. When they finally had a room for me, I was given keys and sent to the wrong elevator and floor. Once I finally arrived at the room it was literally as far from the elevator as possible but my reward preferences are for a room close to the elevator. We have really enjoyed our time at the Sheraton! The staff has been so kind and generous! We especially enjoyed the hotel reception, Robert! He went over and beyond to make sure we had a great time! He needs a raise 😉! We enjoyed the food and the service!

Let's see, my husband was visiting Atlanta for a job interview. He was sent away, sent away with no attempt of resolution when his credit card wouldn't clear. He tried to pay cash but they have a policy, fine. He was then told they couldn't take a credit card not present or over the phone. Stressed out he walked away to get air. ZERO STARS. I stayed at this Sheraton for the Super Bowl and unfortunately they dropped the ball at every turn. The only good thing about this property is how friendly/accommodating the bellhops and concierge were. With that said, the room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and poorly run. My card was charged well over a thousand dollars without authorization. Take your time and read the reviews, everyone is having similar problems with credit cards/management. Spend your money elsewhere.
