RecommendedI was here for a conference hosted by Phonak Corporation as I work with students with hearing loss who use their products. The meeting facilities were very lavish and the workshop was very informative! I would welcome the opportunity to have another workshop here. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful!
i am not sure what happen to this hotel it was one of my favorites when in atlanta but some of the staff was just rude and club lounge used to be the best out there now its just ehh, i even got yelled at by staff cause i fixed a plate in club lounge and sat down to eat when he came over to me and said hey cant you read? its says reserved on this table and there was no sign thats why i sat down he then told me he got paid 25 bucks to hold this table and i need to go sit somewhere else

Very nice rooms clean good hot shower and view of the indoor pool was nice

I found a roach on my counter by my sink & no one tried 2 make my stay a lil better when informed

Dear Vernita, We do not have any record of your contacting our AYS Department or Front Desk. We just checked your room and didn't find any bugs of any kind at this time. I am very sorry. This is certainly unusual for us to have something like this found in our guestrooms.
