Checked in Sunday, June 4 for a 5-day business trip. Room service order for dinner did not arrive and after multiple calls was told that the kitchen was backed up and they were happy to cancel! Next day breakfast order was a no show too. The person at the concierge, Eddie, refused to call the hotel manager and after my insistence said he was the manager. Was rude and informed me that the hotel had over 1000 guests and so it was natural for room service to be late or not show up at all! I am checking out now and will not retu... read more
The room was very nice: comfortable and attractively decorated, making efficient use of the space. Parking seems expensive ($30/night), but it was nice being downtown, making it easy to walk wherever. Maybe skip the parking and just take ride-shares. Nearby is an amazing BBQ place, Daddy D'z, about a mile away, so a half hour walk. After eating so much, I needed the walk back anyway!
Terrible place got there a check out time had to wait an hour and a half to get my room then they told me that my king size room would extra take an extra 2 hours to get to so they had to give me two doubles then they stuck me in the atrium with my room facing the pool during the Memorial Day weekend obviously the pool did not stop making any kind of noises until after 12:30 in the morning I had to get up at 6:30 a.m. and was not very happy the staff played it off like it was there like an everyday thing but this should neve... read more
I give every establishment 10 ⭐️ When they are pet friendly. I know everybody doesn’t like dogs. I get it!!! Now that I am a dog mom it’s great when I can bring Dollar with me. My son was here for testing May 7-11 2018. The staff was on it I must say from the parking deck to the testing rooms. No problems at all. Like I said I was able to bring my dog with me as well.
