My hotel had mold in it and the dresser that had my fridge in it was leaking for months!
Best place ever,very nice people working there.Super nice rooms, and the beds were very nice.Loved it was close to everything and we could walk everywhere.Loved everything about the Sheraton
Awesome hotel, great staff and great location. My first choice when I visit Atlanta.
The room was fine. It was just the self parking at $27.00 a night. I don't understand why pay for parking when you are already paying to stay in their hotel. Well, I guess it could be worse, especially, for a person to pull into the wrong parking lot too turn around and is charged $15. How sad! Exactly, how much money are you trying to make?!
The customer service was exceptional from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant staff at Fandangle was extraordinary! We will be back!

Not a good experience which was sad because my previous Sheraton stays were excellent. The first room we were put in was beautiful but the floors were all wet and the bed was broken. So then they moved us rooms. The 2nd room they put us in was super small and extremely tight to move around in. The 2nd room had hair in the bathtub and the toilet paper roll fell off the wall. It also had a stained automan that looked like it had blood on it. Overall very underwhelming and disappointing.

Large rambling older hotel. Room never cooled, even though air was set on 65. To get to our room we either had to go up a flight of steps walk to end of long hallway take elevator down one floor and walk to opposite end of long hallway . Option two take elevator down one floor walk through ballrooms and up two flights of stairs. Hotel was clean but hard to navigate.

We stayed over night December 18th-19th to attend a concert in Atlanta. It was our first time staying in the downtown area and found the Sheraton was the perfect choice. We had a very comfortable King Suite on the 7th Floor conveniently located next to a service elevator, and to the outside entrance. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed a late dinner and drinks in the lounge. Our bartender was very nice. She made the end of our night perfect. The food was great, we took it to our room.
