Clean room, though small....my stay was awesome. I think the self parking is a bit of a hazard.
The room and bathroom was a lot smaller than I thought it would be but bed was very comfortable. I did find a long black hair that was stuck in one of the hand towels I thought was kind of nasty lol but other than that it was a good place to check in after a party so you don't have to drive home. Staff was friendly.
Best 4 days ever at the Sheraton downtown Atlanta. This stay became part of my (Gwen and Tyrone)bucket list fulfillment which was to attend our first NFL game. A friend picked the Falcons and I found the hotel. Both were excellent picks. I also read about 20 of the previous reviews and yes agree with the walking in the parking deck and our bed was not made but Sheraton worked it out. The service is great, indoor pool is the cherry on top. Everyone working here must love their job because the smiles and excellent attitude says so.
Our band D.B.K. played in one of the ballrooms last week and loved the acoustics; of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved it and will be highly recommending it to all our corporate clients as a great place to hold their events. Thanks again!

I was there December 10th & 11th. I had a great time. I was really loving the pool area. I enjoyed my stay was there for Delta Christmas party. The staff was very helpful and polite and got everything I asked for. The Sheraton will definitely be on my list for future stays. Thank you for a memorable weekend.
