I have truly enjoyed my stay. I came for the MBU pageant in which my child was a contestant and I'm very proud to announce that she is now the MBU Queen 2016. Thanks for your hospitality.
Our stay here at the Sheraton was excellent. We were here for two conferences back to back. The meeting rooms, food, staff and room were all great. On the 12th floor we especially enjoyed the hospitality, warmth and willingness to help of the Lounge staff namely Jeffery K, Anita, Erica and Timara. They were so welcoming and always available if needed. This hotel comes highly recommended.
This was my Return trip,i had no problems,and was actually Welcomed back! I appreciated that! ...my first stay was marked by 2 unfortunate "situations"..Enjoyed it! This time it was Better second time around.
The stay was ok until we were awakened at 3am by a group of drunk guests laughing and talking loudly to the point where we had to open the door and ask them to quiet down because guests are sleeping! We didn't call the front desk, but Im sure someone did, but not long after we heard them again! �
The hotel is charging me $248.40 for Guest (DNA) Did Not Arrive.My reservation was cancelled earlier with a cancellation number.... the hotel is disputing it! ��

Its very nice here! Nothing but excitement around every corner! Just speechless! But the #1 thing about this place....THE BED AND PILLOWS ARE FROM HEAVEN!!! Remember Ryu da chosen "1" said that!!!lol 5star feeling!!!!
The hotel claims to be "pet friendly" what they don't tell you is that you must take your pet out with you or stay in the hotel. They don't allow pets to be unattended even if the dog is in a crate. Since we evacuated from hurricane Matthew from Savannah we unfortunately had our dog and two kids we wanted to get out and see the city but cannot do that with a dog. Being military we have traveled many places with our dog and we're always able to leave the dog in the crate and come back and take it out several times a day. Now ... read more
Hated it!! Terrible parking. Sliding door hanging off hinge. (Last weeks visit) water bottle open, half empty. NEVER AGAIN!
