Too many water guns in pool area. Parents not respecting that a lot of the seniors and some other couples did Not want to be continuously sprayed with water. People were very confrontational, and it was not enjoyable at all.

Everything was great enjoyed my stay here while on business. People are nice, helpful, and professionals.
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were .clean, beds and pillows extremely comfortable. The pool area was absolutely beautiful. We visited central park, the Georgia aquarium, and the world of coke and were able to walk to them from the hotel. Only problem need microwaves in the rooms. Would definitely stay again if in Atlanta again

Well I don't know what Sheraton hotel the other people are talking about. BUT the downtown Atlanta hotel is amazing. VERY clean and comfortable. I will come back.

Horrible!!! Room baseboards peeling off the wall, tv didn't work, and to top it off was harassed by security at 9 am this morning demanding that I take care of my balance at once, an invoice under the door would have been fine guys!! To constantly be awakened at the demands of a unprofessional security personal, after being sick for days is not only unpleasant but downright insulting after I informed him I would handle my balance at checkout not now.
Hi everybody! I can imagine how many problems you have in such a big and central hotel....but congratulations for how you manage them! Great staff, fast problem solving, care for your guests....thank you for everything!
