Overpriced and ridiculous parking fees and Internet fees. Could have stayed at holiday inn same price for a room and no parking or internet fees. Thankful only have to be here one night
Ironic, it's a pet friendly hotel.... yet I am here for a 3 day workshop and having to pump in my car or the bathroom. I wonder what their employees do. Awful, awful, awful!
Very nice staff and rooms are nice and clean, but we booked online and was told no more fees apply. After arriving there was a $50 (refundable) fee which is understanding, but to have to pay $22 a day in parking at the hotel you chose to do business at is ridiculous. On top of that you pay this high priced parking and signs ate posted saying not responsible for vehicles or content. It seems like at these prices you could hire security to patrol the parking deck. The pool was awesome too.

Horrible horrible service. They overbooked and bumped us to the airport with no knowledge until checkin. Then promised to deliver bags and over 5 hours later they still have not arrived.

Worst experience ever trying to book a room. I would not recommend you stay here, however since it is so hard to make a simple reservation I suspect you that it is not possible anyway. Also asked to speak with manager (because that is what central booking told me to do) and they would not speak with me! Unbelievable!

Amazing hotel!! The staff was extremely nice & helpful. They made me feel right at home. I had a beautiful view into downtown on the 8th floor. The room came with water bottles & a refrigerator. I am definitely going back to stay, I highly recommend them hotel. The pool area is beautiful as well.
