They do not disclose the daily parking fee of $22, neither the Internet service of $12 per day. For a family who is traveling on a budget this isn't a good option. Regular room size but bathroom too small. No complimentary robes as disclosed either.

Thank you for your feedback. Through which portal did you book? Our websites disclose all fees. If you booked through a priceline or similar site, they can be misleading. We always encourage booking directly though us. We apologize for the miscommunication and how that affected your expected expenditures. In 2016, we hope to offer complimentary in-room internet. The current renovations can make navigating the hotel challenging. I had trouble checking-in, first with slow service at the front desk and then the initial room I was given was dirty. The manager, Chris, got me sorted quickly with a new room, which was clean and very comfortable. Nice bed too. 2 blocks walk to Peachtree MARTA station from hotel.

I just arrived in Atlanta checked my children into thw Hyatt Regency and I came to check in to the Sheraton. That's when I knew there was an issue. The valet said that we couldn't leave the car in the circle while we checked in. Upon entering the hotel I discovered a distinct wet, mildew smell throughout the levels leading to the lobby. The AC isn't working and the room wasn't ready. The printer in the business center was spitting out too much toner....and it goes on. I will post again once we arrive in the room. The handicapped room was nice, large, and roomie. Great shower set up. I will remember the Sheraton next time I am on the road thx

Let me explain my rating. I check in, am told I am on club level, then discover they have my name wrong but told I am right next door to that person. Well right next door would still be club level right? Um no and then told 4th floor, and it's way in the hell far from elevators which my profile states. Ok so I get to room. Starving after travel all day. Dial room service. No answer. Dial again no answer. Dial guest service they put me through to same extension no answer - even though I told them no one answering. I really felt welcomed and taken care of. Staff in every corner of the hotel was kind and helpful and the facilities were beautiful. Thank you for all your hard work.

We stayed 4 nights (9/3-9/7/2015). First, they "forgot" to deduct our deposit from our account when it was supposed to have been done a YEAR ago. No, they wait until right before I arrive to do it which shorts me on having enough to cover all nights. I complained and instead of waiving our deposit (which would have been the right thing to do ) and crediting us one night paid, they reduce the room rate to $156 from $208 (which was fine). If it wasn't for the staff and the service they provided my family and I, I would give our first and last experience at this Sheraton a 0. I was moved 3 different times for 3 VERY movable reasons. I would really like to see what this "upgrade" looks like upon completion. The rooms really need it. Staff is REALLY great!

This hotel is undergoing construction and the noise level is unbearable. I was scared out of my sleep this morning promptly at 9 am by the sound of workers right near my head. When I called the front desk the level of empathy was non existent. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!
