My sister an i stayed here for the weekend. We arrived earlier than our check in time, an travelled all the way from kansas. The front receptionist found us a room with queen beds an got us in right away. Thankful for that. Not to mention we payed for parking in the garage the whole weekend, but we had to find parking Saturday night because other people some bow took up all parking space but come to find out our parking spot was sold for the clubs downtown. I TRULY LOVE THIS HOTEL AND WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS. IT WAS NICE, CLEAN, STAFF WAS AMAZING, ROOM SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WHEN EVER I GO TO ATLANTA I WILL BE STAYING HERE ALL THE TIME..... THANKS SHERATON FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE....

Hotel is clean but a bit outdated. Front desk staff were trying but we're not terribly friendly. Bellman was very friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean. Our stay was good however we were given one price when we reserved the room and when we checked in the price was 54.00 more and no one could explain why or fix the problem even though on my confirmation email it was the correct price I was given. Also when we reserved our stay we were too have 2 rooms close together but one room was all the way on the other side of the hotel.

Worst hotel my husband and I have EVER stayed in. Payed $130 a night on top of a $50 security deposit (that we had no idea we had to pay before hand) also having to pay $22 for parking in a place WE PAYED TO STAY AT. The "complementary" water in the room was $4?!?!?! Let's not forget about the bums yelling and screaming in front of the hotel begging for money while openly drinking alcohol!!!!!!! oh and Not to mention my husband and I also got bed bug bites. WORST HOTEL IN ATLANTA AND WE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... read more

I arrived at 530pm, Sunday, May 29, 2016. My reserved 1 queen bed room was not ready, even though check-in time was 3pm. Sheraton check-in clerk said I could: 1. Wait till it's ready (bad option) 2. Take a 2 Full sized bed room (not what I wanted or booked) 3. Pay $15 more for a king bed room (bait and switch which is illegal, by the way) I asked the check-in clerk to give me the king bed room without the $15 up charge. She said she could not do that. We came to Atlanta to take our kids to the Zoo. My husband found this hotel that is close to the zoo so we went for it. On their website it looks great! In person is a whole new level! They are not small kid or handicap friendly at all! I put my 5 month old and 2 year old in a double stroller thinking it would be easier, well I was wrong! Steps everywhere while we was trying to get out of the parking deck! Then we finally get to the elevator to get to the lobby and the door shuts on me while I'm trying to get my kids in!
