Dear Sirs or Maam; Online it said five units were available at my local Sam's store located at 7970 North Mesa Street, El Paso, Texas 79912 at that it would be available for instore pickup between 9 and 10 AM on Monday December 5th. I went to the SAM's store on December 5th for pickup and I was told that the unit was unavailable and had been sold out. I told them that online it said that five were available at the store itself. Sam's Plus Members BEWARE: the company claims that plus members receive free shipping yet on most items the cost for shipping vs. store pickup is higher. This is deceptive and should be illegal. Sam's is promising a benefit they don't deliver. Next time you order, compare the costs ... it is subtle, sneaky and just plain WRONG.
