I bought a diamond ring at Sams Club and they offered an extended 2 year warranty. I usually don’t buy these but thought it would be a good idea in case I lose a stone. Well, I lost a diamond chip and tried to use my extended warranty which was Allstate. Waist my time. The customer service nice but not helpful at all. Even I had to call back more than 10 times my problem still not solve. If you don't want hassle you shouldn't buy any funiture online. Almost a month nobody come to pickup the items and my money still not refund to me yet. Sick of it
