I ordered two Laptop computers on May 17,2020 online. I received the items on May 21, 2020. I only opened one of the laptop the screen image wasn't good. So I returned both of the laptop on May 25,2020 through FedEx. I received an email the same day and my refund of $0 has been issued. I contacted the customer service and they assured me that as soon as the package is received at their facility the correct amount would be issued. Om May 19th I ordered Laminate Flooring 2pack and 66pack. I got 2pack first, but it was damaged. I checked their website if I can reorder it so I will have enough laminate to cover my rooms. But the item was out of stock. I called to Sams Customer Service, and they scheduled FedEx pickup for 2pk for return and 66pk were cancelled because it will not be enough. I would not waste time placing orders online with Sam's club. I placed an order with three items. I received two of the three and then waited two days after the expected delivery date of the missing item. I then contacted Sams support via online chat. That is when they informed me that Sam held the third item to verify my address. Even though they sent the other two items just fine. "What i ordered was supposed to be delivered in about 2 and 1/2 weeks guaranteed. I visited the Williamstown Sams Club today to try on a ring sizer at the jewelry section of the store. There are no other jewelers within my area to try on a ring sizer and that was my last resort since I was looking to buy a ring. The associate at the club refused to let me try on the ring, citing the pandemic. However you can still purchase jewelry from Sam's Club which makes absolutely no sense because why would you buy jewelry if you cant even try on a ring sizer to figure out the size you need to buy. I would not trust them at all with online orders OR RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS (at least in the current state with the pandemic). If you make an online order you should expect that it will be late (or lost) and you will not be able to return it easily. Online ordering is a scam. I placed an order online for an item ($281) and was charged immediately. Item was due to arrive in 5-7 business days. I called 10 business days later and was told I would be contacted within 5 business days by the "back office". I called back again and was connected with the item vendor who confirmed Sam's never even placed the order with them. Good luck calling customer service- no one can take care of anything without a supervisor- who they say is always busy. We ordered a tv costing almost $4k and that alone was a headache. Then they never credited our charge card for over $300 that they said they would because the prices dropped the next day. My husband has been on hold now for an hour and still can't speak to a supervisor. Customer service is sorely lacking and we will likely cancel our plus membership.
