We ordered a mattress 3 MONTHS ago and we never received it due to a "vendor issue" so we tried to reorder it through customer service. We were charged and no mattress was received on the SECOND order either so we requested a refund. We have been given excuse after excuse by Sam's Club customer service and still no refund. I placed an order for a serta mattress on 8/3/20 that was to be delivered 8/26/20. I still dont have it. I have filed 2 incident reports with no response and made at least 5 phone calls. 2 calls have been to the escalation dept and have been transferred to other departments sometimes on hold for over an hour and it is yet to be resolved. I was promised a call back at least twice and its been another week and no contact. I was alerted that my credit card was charged after 4 wks but i was assured it is only pending. This company is irresponsible with data. They allowed fraud to continue on my card after I brought it to their attention. A third fraudulent charge came through after I cancelled my card. Clearly pending meant nothing. And my attempt to bring it to their attention has now brought me spam from two sources in 24 hours. Do not trust this company. They do not care about people, only money.

I purchased a mattress from Sams Club on 7/6. At that time, the expected delivery was projected out to 8/10. It seemed a bit long but because it needed to be manufactured, I was willing to wait. On 8/11, XPO (delivery agent) emailed me to inform that the mattress would be delivered by 8/13. That never happened. By 8/19, XPO confirmed they "lost" the mattress and they went back and forth with Serta and Sams about sending a replacement. Sams Club is a big mess. I ordered a mattress through them back on 6/7. At purchase, they did disclose it would be about 3 weeks for delivery. At the 3 week mark, they contacted me via email to inform about a delay. Figured this was the new normal since Covid. The new delivery date would be 8/10. Well, that never happened. We placed and order on July 20th, 2020 for a 6 piece sectional and a 3 piece furniture set online for a instant savings. The day before the 3 piece set was to be delivered, I checked the tracking on it to find out it was cancelled by Sam's. I call right away and was told that the reason it was cancelled was because it was damaged in the warehouse and a new set was going to be shipped to me. Hate how Sam's is if you don't have a plus membership your not allowed to come in? Like seriously? Right now that we have the virus and a hurricane is coming and most people don't have jobs and we have the normal membership and they tell me to upgrade? Which is more money!!! That's ridiculous!! Bought a IPhone 11 through sams, with a promotion they run that you received $300 sams gift card. Never received the gift card so called and received half. Now these idiots are putting me through a run around for over 4 months for the other half! I am sick of being told to contact this person, then they tell me to contact another person. Rarely use my membership anyway. Just use it for gasoline since it's near my home. Was denied entry into Sam's Club this morning and told to come back at 10 am because I don't have a Premium membership. So ridiculous. There are literally hundreds of people shopping in Sam's Club and I'm turned away. I PAY to shop there and they deny me entry.
