The facade at the front door of cleaning the carts is for image only. Sam's Club refuses to enforce mask wearing of its customers and pretty much just avoids any type of responsibility in that area. I shop there every 2 weeks and spend between $200-$300, but that may have to change. Six people with no masks and another 6 with masks on there chin. Thank you for your feedback. We sanitize all of our carts between shopper sand do require masks. There are some folks, due to medical issues that are unable to wear them. The health and safety of our members is our utmost concern.
on Dec. 5,2020 my fiance and i had gone to west mifflin PA sam's club in search of a ring. while there was a sign on the jewlery counter stating no trying on jewlery, after speaking to a manager she understood my point of view...if i'm spending $2,000.00 I'd like to see how it looks on my hand. She simply wiped the ring off with an alcohol swab before and after i tried it on. Then on Dec, 6,2020 we went to washington PA sams club...where they were extremely ignorant. Ordered a TV online during a sale and scheduled a pickup for 2 days later as there was no available pickup times the next day. I got an email from the store the next day saying that they canceled my order because instead of setting my order aside they sold all of the ones they had in stock and we were out of luck with our order even though it was already placed. Customer service was no help and there were no steps taken to resolve this issue

They have changed their Plus membership. They usedto have free shipping with the Plus membership, but now they have a per item shipped price and a pick up price. So really there isn't free shipping at Sams, it is a scam.

We offer free shipping for pur Plus members on many items. If you are not completely satisfied with the plus membership you can get a refund at your local club.
Called customer service to request renewal cards be mailed to address of record due to my broken ankle. I was told it's not possible to mail the membership card because that practice was stopped a year ago. I explained I have a broken ankle and that didn't matter. I'm very disappointed and would like my membership funds paid refunded.

Good day, We do not mail membership cards and when you renew you do not need a new card. You can always access your membership number and card on the samsclub app in your account. We hope you are on the mend.
Horrible customer and manager service. it took 3 months to get my refunds, and still have not got them all! Disgrace!!!

Been trying for 3 months to get a refund for my Serta Bed. . I followed the instructions. Every time I call I get a new person was ask me to send in the photo's of the tags again. I purchased a mattress back on july of 2020 I started a return because the mattress was to stiff went tru the whole process because they weren't taking physical returns did a cut tag return sent all the info in and the tags august 18. called 3 weeks later to check on status every time I called wait time was well over a hour. every time I had called I was told it take 2-3 weeks for the refund to show on my card. Too bad minus stars aren't available. Don't bother trying to cancel your Sam's membership; they will continue removing $45 from your credit card every year for your unwanted membership, even after you tell the "NO". All you can do is file a complaint with your credit card company and wait to have the charge removed. It has happened to me for 3 years!
