I wish I could give negative stars. We purchased a TV on Thanksgiving Day with promotion, and it was damaged, we requested for exchange and got denied! Then we requested to get price match for another TV, it's similar TV with similar price, trust me, the price on a thanksgiving day was cheaper than I requested after price match! I recently signed up with Sam's per an on line promo. Cost was $45 for a year, with a bonus of $45 free groceries at the first in store purchase. I visited the Woodmen Sams - shopped for a cart full of groceries and when I presented my card did not get the $45 refund. Was directed to the Customer Service desk where I was then told it might take several days for the refund. Showed them paperwork that said it would be deducted from my first order. I purchased tires from Sam's Club online to be delivered to the Charleston, WV store. One month later, after never recieving confirmation that the tires were received, I called only to be told that only 3 or the 4 tires came in, and that they would call when the other arrived. After another month of not being contacted I called again and they said the 4 tires had been there for 2 months and were there all along. I then made an appointement to have them installed. I have had the worst freaken experience. I placed an order for a refrigerator online and a week went by and had no confirmation of the delivery date or credit card payment going through. I decided to cancel the order. Apparently you can't cancel an order until the shipping company cancels the order. Keep in mind I don't have a confirmation of a delivery date yet. Is it possible to give negative stars? I absolutely would give negative stars if that is a possibility. The ******* NY store, Club # ***** customer service, is certainly one of a kind. Buyer beware, if you are using curbside pickup, you may not receive all your items, especially if it is a pair of Airpods Pro. It is impossible to talk to the store manager, Jeff. BEWARE OF ON-LINE PURCHASES. Funds in your bank acct are immediately incumbered when you make an on-line purchase. Even if you do not receive your order for more than 2 months their process to release your funds is long and difficult. SAM'S CLUB is able to earn interest on your funds for an unnecessarily extended period and make you jump through hoops to find your merchandise and or get a refund.

I was a member for years, not anymore. They have the worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. They use foreign countries for customer service and have no authority to do anything on high ticket priced items and are a bunch of lying **** *******
I placed an order online for a tv on cyber Monday. Order came in very quickly which was great but the tv screen once plugged in, was shattered. We noticed when we opened it looked odd but once plugged in the tv was shattered. The replacement comes in... exact same thing. I received in the mail a promotion about becoming a member for $45 and getting a $45 back in my first purchase after 72 hours of membership. I went to the store in Bloomington, MN and had the worst experience in my life as a customer. This place is so bad that I canceled my membership after my second purchasing experience.
