Sam's Club, Utica MI 48315 #6664 has some incompetent, unfriendly, the most unhelpful staff I've ever seen. They advertised in store and online Orgain Clean protein shakes for $13.97, yet I was charged $23.98 and give $4.00 off. Do the math. The membership system of Sam's club is horrible. This company tries many ways to stop you from cancelling your membership. First, it does not show the option for cancelling online or over the phone. Second, if you are lucky to get connected with a representative, he will try to stop you by refusing give refund. Third, even the representative said he cancelled your membership, he did not. When you call back, the system has no sign of cancelling. You have to call back several time to cancel it. They treat customers as idio... read more

I am starting to lose faith as I purchased a high ticket item that had essentially a missing bolt that I could not replace generically and almost a month later, I am still waiting for a replacement bolt to be sent to me. Incredibly inane and frustrating!!!!

Placed an order for delivery of copy paper...charged...never delivered..did online chat with Rose...could not find my order or my tracking #. She so sorry what would I like to do...Cancell order and refund my money...come to find out she is checking my order from the Philippines!!!...She couldn't and didn't help me with my problem....Really we have no one local to check on delivery or order problems!!!

I called to cancel my membership because they withdrew $100.00 from my account for membership fee. They told me I had to drive 50 miles to a store to cancel it or accept a $100.00 walmart card for refund.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life, I have never been treated so poorly. I ordered a buffet server (cost 600.00) and it came in completely busted up. I requested a return and a credit on 3/7/2021 and was told someone would call me in 3 business days to schedule a pick up (item weighs over 200 lbs). Call never came. I called Sam's again on 3/10 and they told me the same thing, 3 business days and someone would call. Never happened. We came to our local Sams club located in Hilliard, OH to buy our two cars all new tires. The man working the tire department told us "We are asking him to many ******* questions, it is his time to clock out and leave" it was a Tuesday at 5:30pm. Your manager Dara did nothing to make us feel better about how we where treated. You lost about a $2000 purchase. We will forever take our business elsewhere!

These people have made my life ****. It all started when we received 5 Apple Generation 2 pens we did not order. They wanted us to affix labels and mail each pen in a separate envelope. I said "no I'm not going to all that work". I put all Pens in envelope and Fed Ex picked them up about 2 months ago. I have yet to receive my refund. Now remember Nobody ordered these Pens, yet these people charged my credit card $575.00. They said we are going to refund you for one pen.
