Ok so I selected the online car buying program from Sams club. It said that the full purchase would be contactless which was great for taking care of it during my busy schedule. The first thing I received was a bunch of emails from VROOM to call them for more details. I can do this at a local dealership but when I went to go file the complaint on false advertising the VROOM business had an F rating on BBB and had the license pulled in Janurary of '21. I have ordered 3 matrrss of Serta from **** **** on May 15 and still now no update on the delivery date everyday I need to call them and thy are saying it is in production till today , waiting ok I can understand but the business should consider and tell a proper answer Atleast they don't know when it will be delivered or when it can reach I am completely stressed depressed by calling them daily to understand the status and nothing happened so far ... anywhere I can get any help to get my order

Never, ever order large items online!! I am a second generation Sam's Club member and I have had nothing but horrible experiences ordering furniture online from Sam's. The first time we ordered a couch we took time off three different times waiting for the scheduled delivery and it never did show up - we had to cancel the order. This was pre-Covid so they can't use that excuse. Recently, we ordered a new mattress as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. i have had a credit card with Sam's club for 2 years...NEVER once used it...was for emergencies only. Any time something popped up on the screen while i was there i always hit NO. today i found out that my card was used without my permission and was charged ready to get late fees. when i told them i did not permit that use of my card was told that was a CLUB issue not theirs, called the CLUB was told it was put on AUTO RENEW by my choosing ...long story short been with Sam's club on 8 years plus and they just lost me as a cu... read more

Shame on Sam's Club for using Go Configure to help customers build their furniture that they buy from Sam's Club. I purchased a $1,700 dollar gazebo over a month 1/2 ago and paid a ADDITIONAL $600 dollars with Go Configure to have them build the gazebo so I could have peace of mind being a full-time worker. They scheduled the build 3 weeks away with the window of 12pm - 4pm. I requested off work to be there and when the day came, at 6PM I got a call from the contractor that they can't make it. . .I was rescheduled for the... read more

I bought new tires from Sam's because they had a good offer and we had a membership for the past 6 years. 2 1/2 weeks later my tire was vibrating so I took it in to a mechanic and he said it was so loose it could have fallen off at any time while driving. Sam's club manager said the video looked perfect and said they were not responsible for any problems. Then I find out the same wheel has more problems because it had been loose. I ordered a ez pyramid canopy from sams club online. The canopy arrived damaged so I proceeded to return it to my local Sams Club in Port Charlotte. I received a return receipt with the information and the number of the card in which I would receive my refund. 2 weeks later I received no refund so I went back to sams club and spoke with 3 different employees, all 3 were very unhelpful. Very disappointed with Sam's Club. I placed an order online for pick up with the same 4 items that were considered an instant savings item. When I finalized the sale online for the items I was charged full price. So I went to live chat ********* )hoping to correct the charge. I was told by ******** to check with customer service at the store. I live 40 miles away. I arrived went to customer service. ***** in customer service who was superb explained that I needed to go to pickup get the 4 items I purchased online return them... read more

I had the worst experience ever today June 12 2021 at 7:45 pm at Utica store. I been member for a long time at Sam's and loyal costumer. Today a bought my groceries and a margarita Bottle, orange flavor, that was supposed to be a gift for my friend. I paid and when I was walking out I realized that the bottle was cracked.
