I cancelled my membership with Sam's Club in 2021. In 2022 I did not notice the charge for auto renewel of membership. I just checked for January 2023 and they automatically renewed my membership for Sam's club $110.00 and would not refund the membership for 2022. We ordered the manhattan media fireplace online. It arrived two days ahead of schedule, when we got home from work we opened the box and it was damaged. We immediately contacted Sam’s club customer service and they replied “no problem, we will replace it and that someone will contact us within 72 hours”. We gave them our contact information and waited. The next day they left a voicemail that we could barely understand, the only thing we understood was that we did not have to do anything and that they will schedule a pick up.... read more
