The Denver co club on 35th and others are false advertising their curbside pickup when placing order online tot always says today, whatever day it happens. For instance today at 10:00 am this morning I place an order. Tells me at start out can pickup today. However at check out it lets me select today. But tells me once I select it that it's not available. I go back and it shows available. Wind let me select. I delete my entire order and logout and back in. Saha play your order, pickup today! At Sam's Club we continually strive to exceed members expectations. Same-day orders must be placed by 3pm local time and contain a maximum of 9 unique items. If the order contains more than 9 unique items, the member will be given the option to pick up the next day. If there are same-day slots available, membersÂwill be able to see them during checkout, mobile web and the Sam's Club app. If no slots are available for the same day, members will be shown the next available time slots.

On May 12, 2021, I went to the Chattanooga Sam's Club for some gas. I notice that parts of gas station entrance were blocked and that there were two employees, female and male, standing towards one of the entrances. I proceeded towards that area, just minding my business not really knowing what was going on. I drove past the two employees, to which the female employee yelled something to the effect of "we told you to freaking stop", although she used a more vulgar word than freaking. I made 2 returns on 04/24/2021 to Grapevine club one is for store purchased item (which I received the refund promptly) and the other is for online purchased items (still has no refund)! 04/29 Chat with **** She said my refund was not processed and she will finalize the refund. I should receive a confirmation email from her within 48 hours. 05/01 Chat with ***** Not receiving any confirmation email from **** so chat again to verify the refund. I had the most ridiculous experience through Sam's Club chat. I first contacted them on 4/27/21 because I was supposed to receive a $45 gift card through a promo with my membership. The rep gave me a code to give the agent in the store who was supposed to then issue the gift card. The code didn't work and I was told it only came up for me to purchase another membership. 4/28/21 I went through the chat feature again and explained the issue. I was then told that I would receive an electronic gift card. This never happened e... read more

I purchased a gazebo from Sam's Club here in Aurora Co.80016 & went with the company that they use for delivery and installation. The company, Go Configure....has the worst customer service i have ever experienced !! They require the customer to pay for their service in advance $499 and then it's **** near impossible to get the service scheduled! Each time you call, you're put on hold for a minimum of 15 mins just to be told that the technician will reach out to you. After 3 weeks of the same i finally cancelled my service ... read more

I ordered an refrigerator and the delivery was supposed to be on 3rd May 2021. I got call that they can deliver and do installation on 5th May 2021. I said ok for that. Now they dropped the refrigerator on my driveway by blocking my garage. It is unacceptable that they have dropped the refrigerator on my driveway and not even informing me while I was waiting inside home for the delivery and installation. My Sams club membership is set to auto renew. I downgraded from a plus membership back in 2018. This year they upgraded my membership to a plus and charged my card $100. Then when I filed an online complaint they gave me a number to call because they wanted to make sure I really wanted to downgrade. So I called the number, after being on hold and talking to someone for 20 minutes, he told me he couldn't help me and gave me an incident number and said someone would be in contact with me in 24 hours. I talked to over 10+ reps and 4 supervisors. been almost a month and still no update about my case because ORDER VERIFICATION doesn't want to contact me, ALMOST A MONTH! or maybe over a month already (It's just that LONG that I am exhausting of counting the time!) Sam's club OVT Kept canceling all my orders because they need to verify my info. If they really want to, just call me then, it's that easy. But what did they do? CANCELLED ALL MY ORDERS!! Sam's club and other big stores are practicing something that to me is very offensive. Just before you leave the store you have to wait in line to have your receipt scanned and then the items you just payed for get scanned like you just stole them. I do not care about the excuses the stores will give like, "we just want to make sure you bought the right items" or "it's a store policy" or whatever. They should have cameras or start to lock every item they sell or whatever other measures they can think of to reduce the number ... read more
