Well, I went because of the price. The first prescription was not correct. I went back. The second one was different, 3 weeks later. I waited 3 weeks to adjust. I was calling each week saying this wasn't correct. They spoke to me like I was an idiot. I was told I had a zero balance 3 times, because I had paid, my insurance had paid and we were square. I called a 3rd time. They put me on hold and never returned. I took my script to Vision Works. They said I would have never been able to see because the minus should have been ... read more

I bought a diamond ring at Sams Club and they offered an extended 2 year warranty. I usually don’t buy these but thought it would be a good idea in case I lose a stone. Well, I lost a diamond chip and tried to use my extended warranty which was Allstate.
