I think there service is good but had issues with windshield being available the day of service called and asked if I wanted to reschedule not after they inform me I would have to wait another week

Safelite Auto Glass did a great job on my boyfriend's windshield. They really got down to business and now we can see when we are driving!!! Thanks so much guys!!

They gouged the bumper of our brand new truck and denyed doing it. We unfortunately caught a stone and needed the windshield repaired. Had to take it to them for calibration. Got it back with the bumper crunched on one side. They did not do a walk around when we took it in or when we picked it up. They should have.

I had a small crack on my windshield. So I took my car to the closet Safelite happens to be at very convenient location. The service was done in 30 minutes, the repair is lifetime, and waiting room was clean and quiet. I would definitely go back to get my glass fixed. Also, making appointments on app seems to be easy as well. Thank you very much.

Beware of the fraudulent practices Safelite exercises. Received an original quote for $930.00. Two days later, I received an email with "Promotion Code" RM40CT $40 off. The price went up from $930.00 to $950.00. The price with the discount went to $910.00. Two days later, I received another email with "Promotion Code" RM50CT $50 off. The price went up from $950.00 to $970.00. The price with the discount went to $920.00. This is false advertisement!!! They raise their price to offset the discount!!! Showed up in Beaverton, OR for my replacement & recalibration. I stayed in the waiting area and used my laptop to work remotely. While sitting there, 3 different customers came in complaining about their recently replaced windshields just cracking for no reason after being replaced. One lady had it installed the day prior, another was 16 days old, the other was 20 days. My replacement went fine, but the recalibration tech said the camera is erroring out and they need to put another new piece of glass, but due to the glue the... read more

Awful!! 3 times the cost of anywhere else. Does not follow through with appointments- drive there and manager says oops you should have been contacted- your windshield is on back order. Waited a month and then i decided to go elsewhere. Best decision!!’
