Had them out to replace the windshield in my 22 Branco, it had a small leak had them come out and "fix" the issue tech parked it on a tree stump and did 3200 in damage to the underside, took it through the car was 4 days later and the windshield leaked so bad it was like I had the windows down, now I fighting them on getting my deductible back and have been told for 2 months now thts it's processing. We’ve been coming here for a few years brought several cars and felt the service was pretty well. Last time the service actually went down we brought Tesla and they didn’t have the right glass. totally understandable however, they did not inform us. Few weeks ago when we showed up at the door so we had to go back not a big deal. However, if you’re working, you’re stuck in high school traffic. it is not feasible to deal with this every time we dealt with it twice. Terrible experience with them. Their advertising is fraudulent. We had a shattered windshield on the turnpike in Ohio on a Friday and the car couldn't be driven. We had it towed and Safelite could not fix it until Monday. We rented a car and returned on Monday only to find out that they cracked the windshield they installed (huge crack on the driver's side.) Greenville, NC Safelite provides terrible customer service, speaks poorly about their corporate operations, just not clean vehicles diligently and makes excuses as to why they can't vacuum all glass and does not sweep their parking lot. The manager is out of her depth.

On 9/14/23 my car sustained damage to the windshield. My insurance company sent me to Safelife for replacement. I was given an appointment for 9/20/23 @ 2 p.m. We got there early & decided to walk around the area since it would be several hours for the work to be done; we noted that they moved the car to a work-bay when we started our walk. Check your receipt before paying! Safelite sent me a link to their payment portal to pay for my repair. When I clicked on it, it said "amount due $100". When I clicked to pay it charged me $100 and I could not edit the amount. ($100 is actually my insurance deductible.) BUT! The tech told me I owed $70.66. And when I clicked on "Download pre-authorization receipt" it also said I owed $70.66. They rerouted my scheduled and made miss work to then cancel my appointment. Also tried to schedule this asap and now I have to wait 3 days to get this done. Unbelievable. The first tech was the swcond tech so the manager decided to cancel the appointment without even calling me. I called CSR and she said they called. I never received any calls at all since rescheduling. Thats shady.

My insurance company referred me to this location in order to replace the glass on my hatch. On 06/03/23. the tech arrived at my house to replace the glass. He caused extensive damage to the paint/body, destroyed the struts that support the glass, damaged the locking mechanism, and failed to remove/replace parts as he stated he did not know how.
