What a terrible terrible experience. I have been trying to order a new window and get an appointment with them for about a month now. I finally get an appointment and they finally ordered my window… just to find out 45 minutes after I drop my car off that they ordered the wrong glass. I went to pick up my car and let them know I will be doing business with someone else. It was terrible customer service, and I will never be going back.

Concerns over tech install issues, and poor customer service from the Management staff at the **** * ***** *** ********* ** *****location. It took 3 appointment reschedules to have the tech do an at home visit. The tech arrives at home and starts the work. They work on the vehicle for 30-40 minutes, calls me out to say that a wire connecting to my lane departure sensor was broken and I had to get it fixed before he would do the work. I had a small chip hit my windshield and during their "repair" they ran a crack halfway up my windshield. So they take zero responsibility and they have zero ownership of their terrible techniques that caused this. Avoid them like the plague. They are way more expensive than any other chip repair service, and despite my 10 years of loyalty to them they could care less. They have replaced 3 windshields for me and fixed 4 chips in the past. This review is for the Safelite location on *** * ********** ** *** ******* ***I was originally scheduled for a windshield replacement on a Tesla Model Y on November 2, 2023. After driving an hour from Abilene to San Angelo, I was notified the technician wouldn’t be available and I’d have to reschedule. The new date was set for November 8, 2023 @ 0800. In business mistakes happen but it’s how you handle the mistake that makes it right with the customer. I canceled plans today to take care of my responsibilities of fixing my glass on my ram. My appointment was set for 1:00 pm on a sat during the Ohio state game no biggie I also paid EXTRA to have them come to me and this was the soonest they could come out… the tech kept me up to date on his arrival and arrived on time. I was completely blindsided and let go by Safelite. I had zero idea that there were any problems with my driving and I came back from vacation and they let me go because my GPS said I had sped. I had zero problems in the past with speeding. He could not give me an exact time when I sped as well as proceeded to tell me I was going to get a ticket if I continue to drive like that. He was very unprofessional in every meeting we had with his swearing. I feel sorry for any person who has to work for or under this guy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is garbage! They put the WRONG windshield on my car, and broke my clips and wiper shield plate. They came out the 2nd time with the same one again and then never showed up in the time they said they would the 3rd time and the tech argued with me over the time and refused to come at that time. Which we had to cancel because my grandmothers were dying and we had to leave. So, I said the heck with it give me a refund. Do not I repeat do not take your car to Safelite Auto Glass at 590 Southport Rd in Roebuck SC they will sell you a brand new damaged windshield and damage something on your car and then say it was already like that that's why I always take pictures before I take any of my cars to the shop they got 2 employees that works there that are very unprofessional they talked to me like they were talking to slaves like back in the day after I picked my car up on my way home I noticed the scratches in the windshield I turned back aroun... read more

Safelite Dirtbags DONT USE! 2-3 weeks ago I registered w/ my agent for a glass claim. They booked the appointment DIRECTLY with Safelite. I was unaware of my option to book directly through my carrier. I called Safelite's automated system and confirmed for Park Avenue, Worcester, MA, branch for 8 am today.
