Run from this company. They are the worst in Chattanooga. No show, No call on appointment day. Call the office and the manager never returns your call. How these people stay in business is mind boggling. I’ve had businesses in home construction for over 40 years and would never treat any of my customers the way these people do. Find another company. They have terrible reviews for a reason, they are a terrible company…

If I could give negative stars I would. I have emailed Safelite customer care SEVERAL times with no response. A safelite technician installed a windshield on my Volvo on 7/25 at my workplace. He sat outside with my car idling for 3.5 hrs in 100 plus degree heat with the AC blasting on Max (I know this because I watched him and my AC was on max when I got back in my car at the end of the day and I had no gas left). He did not recalibrate my car after installing the windshield so I had complete electronic system failure drivin... read more

Rock chip repair equals windshield needs replaced. I had a rock chip that needed sealed. I scheduled through Safelite (easy enough) and they came out about a week after the chip first showed. The chip was a standard rock chip that had a small crack on both sides (smaller than a quarter including the crack). So that’s the background. Replaced windshield on warrantee. Tech disconnected wipers and lost (broke) 2 caps on window molding. They fixed wipers but said they ordered missing parts. Waited two weeks and visited shop to have parts installed. They acted like I never told them my problem. Bought parts myself for $9. Not worth the trouble waiting for them. Sloppy workmanship and poor customer service and communication.. Would not recommend the use of their service. On May 18th my windshield was replaced. It was all fine for approximately 2 months. Then I noticed what I thought to be a stress crack in the windshield. I brought it back and it was looked at and I was told it would be replaced. No problem ok.. things happen. A few days later I noticed another crack. Then as I turned the windshield wipers on I noticed he glass humped up slightly as the wipers worked at the point where the cracks began. They are the worst company ever to try and schedule an appointment. Every time spot they say is available is not available when you try and confirm it. They are one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. They tell you these time slots are available and when you try and confirm it that are not available. After about 30 + minutes they send me a message that they will call me within 12 hours. What a joke. 12hours really I will believe it when it happens. I had an appointment for July 11th.between noon and 5:00. Waited for someone to show up and by 4:45 I started calling to find out what happen. Had a windshield replaced and the molding flew off on the highway less than a month later on my way to present the vehicle for a car show. I wasted 2 days of my trip trying to get the molding fixed by safelite but they didn't care about the situation and wanted to have me miss the entire event to drive several hours to get it replaced with yet another fake not oem part. I can’t waste any more time on these rude stupid freaks ! I lost a day’s work, a dr appt., spent money car rental all because ‘****’ refused to keep his appt to replace my windshield ; my car hung out at a lot four extra days , etc. plus the rude ‘regional’ girl who’s a real shithead!
