I had my windshield replaced recently. The next day, my rear view mirror fell off. I have tried to call them but I was only able to leave a voicemail. I have yet to hear from anyone. I am hoping they will find a way to make this right. I wasn't able to drive and visit my son in the hospital. It has been a horrible inconvenience. I am still unable to drive my car I felt the technician rushed too fast when he installed it.

I scheduled an appointment to repair my windshield and they acknowledged they could fix it but refused to do it and told me to schedule another appointment. I immediately scheduled the contacted them to schedule the next appointment and they waited a week to return my call. Now that the crack grew, they want to replace my windshield for 10 times the price rather than just fix it. I contacted customer service about my concern and they have acknowledged the problem with the service and refused to help.

I had an appointment 6/30/23 , forc12pm - 5pm, waited all day they called confirmed address and never showed up , very unprofessional .

Set up mobile tech repair for 29 Jun. Safelite provided huge window 8 am to 6 pm that the vehicle needed to be available. Sent multiple reminder emails day of and day prior to ensure we were there. On day of execution- no technician communication, business had no way to contact technician. My wife stayed home all day postponing work, errands, kids sporting practices, and shopping the technician was a complete no show no text no communication. No reach out from Safelite to reschedule. Unsat business practice.

I scheduled online & it indicated that my windshield was in stock. Got all the confirmation emails. The day of, I got another reminder saying their tech would be coming soon. Less than an hour later I got a call from a tech saying "we have to cancel because your windshield is not in stock & a manager will call you to reschedule....that was 5 minutes after I went out & tore off my toll tag & registration stickers since they said they were coming out. Safelite is an amazing company. They come to you and get the job done. I would recommend Safelite to anyone that needs vehicle glass repair. Note... I had my Subaru windshield done a few years ago through Safelite. They did a great job on it.

Six weeks of trying to get a brand new Mazda Miata’s convertible’s windshield fixed. Bought March 13, 2023. First, they get a glass in without a camera. 2nd they get a glass with something wrong; can’t put it in my car. Then when they do get the correct glass, they do not put the plastic trim back on the car properly. Next, the top trim blows off; we have to ride over a 100 miles holding the window trim on. Havasu Safelite should’ve ordered the clips to secure the plastic top piece that goes over the glass. This car is brand... read more

Horrible, tried to schedule appointment, website crashes, can't call to schedule because phone # is impossible to find. Once you find phone auto dialer system won't get you to rep at all. Good luck if you go with them.

I had my windshield replaced on Friday. The technician informed me that there was an issue exterior pillar trims and he pulled them off, they fell apart/broke/disintegrated. Its made of a hard plastic to withstand the elements. Both side are gone now. When I called Safelite, I was told “they are a One time use. If thats the case, why is not included with the replacement of the windshield. Neither side had any chips or cracks in them. When asked about the holes that are exposed, he told me “its fine, no water will get into it... read more
