If I could give a zero I would. Went thru the process of setting up an appointment and sent a photo. Company canceled the appointment and refused to work on our class A Rv because a step ladder may be needed. Plus they gave me one quote thru an email and after I set up the appointment the price was raised. They don’t want to earn 257 bucks. I can’t believe the canceled because of this.

My windshield repair in May 2023 did not match what I was promised. I've contacted Safelite 3 times over a 3 week period and they have not followed-up with me. Now that they've been paid for the service, I'm unable to get any support for the poor repair that was done.

Safelite uses inferior glass! Less than 30 hours later, it cracked and split! Customer service sucks and all they wanted to do was argue!!! AARP in bed with these bums and are in cohoots! You call Hartford and it is Safelite answering their phones!! Waste of time and money! Wanted me to bring the car them, but had no problem coming out and billing almost 900.00 to Hartford to do the windshield!! Argumentative and just trashcustomer service people!! Liars and misleading individuals!! Run from these turds!!! NO STARS!!!!!!

I’ve had 2 different incidents with safelite first I had a guy name Allen comes out and do my windshield I goes to show him a email I received from safelite offering me a $80 off coupon off of my $250 deductible w/ a code! He then tells me I can’t use that code/coupon because it could be fraud then when I let him knew it was sent to me for my F250 truck in my email with my name. Absolute unacceptable. I made an appointment a week out. They cancelled the morning of and told us the next available is not for another week, a day after we had a planned cross-country road trip for which we really need to have the windshield replaced. The manager was completely useless in working with our situation.

5/24/23-Bottom line, don't take a Subaru to Safelite specifically ***** * **** **** ******* ** ***** . We had 3 visits, and still not fixed. Had an apt 4/12/23 to replace the windshield with OEM glass and have eyesight recalibrated. Windshield was replaced with aftermarket glass, and we were told they had to order parts to recalibrate the system and come back in a week. They committed FRAUD at this point for billing for OEM and installing Aftermarket. We went back a week later 4/19/23 to have the system calibrated, and after... read more

This place is truly awful. I had my windshield replaced on May 1st, on May 8th a stress fracture appeared. It's obvious that this is a stress crack as it originates at the top where the window frame begins to curve. It's clear the technician installing the new windshield did something wrong -- but this shoddy people won't repair their error. After a rock hit our windshield, we scheduled online with Safelite to have them come to our home to repair. A call the morning of said they couldn't come to us and we had to come into the shop. One day later, on the day of the appointment, they call and say they can't take our car at the Olathe location and instead we need to make a 30 min drive to Shawnee Mission. This is for the Ramsey Street location. This company will not answer their phone with a live person. Every time you think you are about to get a live person, they hang up. I originally had my glass replaced in October 2022, supposed to offer a lifetime warranty. This has got to be the cheapest glass ever, because one morning we woke up and went to the car and it was all split. Nothing had hit it, it happened in the middle of the night.
