I had an appt scheduled with Safelite for 7/21/21 sometime during the **** hours. They never showed up, never called & I could not reach a human on the phone. I finally started using the Chat on their website & after waiting for an hour, my chat person didn't have a reason for why they didn't show up & said she would send message to the ******** would hear from them first thing this *********** have yet to hear from them.

Came with wrong part 2nd week of June. Broke 2nd part had to order new part. Finally Installed right part on July 5th 2021. Right wiper doesn't work as before. Lots more wind noise.. Leaked when it lightly rained. No way to reach a human when I called. Everytime I answered yes to the question "Is this about your service July 5th." It bounced me to an automated reply saying that all warrantee appointments must be made online. Had my windshield replaced about 2 months ago and after several times of taking it back to the Oxford location, it is still leaking water. My car is full of mold and they refuse to have it cleaned. Not that it would make a difference because the windshield is still leaking water. Horrible company. Hard to work with and communication is like pulling teeth.

I called Safelite to replace my cracked windshield. After navigating the many options of the automated system, finally got a human voice to confirm my insurance information, vehicle model, date and time of service (Which was set for a week later)... Round One: On the date of service the technician shows with the wrong windshield... I went to safelite to let them take a look a my cracked windshield. I needed a new windshield because of the way the two cracks ran across it. Well that was all well and good, but they were going to charge me over $1,000 to replace it. My insurance company would only cover less than half. Anyway I did not have this kind of money. So I drove around with a cracked windshield and the cracks kept getting bigger and bigger. I couldn't figure out how I was going to get the money to replace it. Safelite informed me via computer and on the phone that they had a front passenger window that matched the one I lost. When I arrived at Safelite the employee at the front desk verified that they did have the correct match for my window. After they pulled the car into the garage and thirty minutes later they called me to tell me that the did not have the correct match. After installing the window they gave me the number of another business that could add a tint to the window that would match the other windows on the car. I w... read more

Absolutely awful to say the least! Their service manager was very rude and aggressive as if he dealt with these issues daily. They had to replace my windshield 2 times. The first windshield was bowed and didn't fit right. The second windshield they replaced had a chip on the bottom and began to crack up the windshield. I called them the next day and they told me it was my fault and they were not going to replace it. I was scheduled 4 times with Safelite, first time they sent the wrong windshield . The next 2 times they were no shows. And after about a month they sent over a different technician but again with the wrong windshield. Tech says company will be calling me to explain what happened but nobody ever did . ??

My car was broken into on June 1st. The experience was traumatizing and the treatment I experienced at ********************** only served to make my experience that much worse.
