I would give no star but had to select one in order to write a review/write a complaint. I call Allstate and arrange service to have my car windshield changed at Safelite AutoGlass at location *********************************. First time I drop off my car and the service guy told me that the windshield they got has a cracked in it. I told him ok and lets make another appointment. I scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced and the day of my windshield being replaced the technician rushed and cracked my right molding. I was then charged to have to pay $350 for a part I didnt break and found it very unfair to pay for something a Safelite technician broke. I called many times to understand why and no one would give me an exact answer. Never trusting Safelite again.

Safelite in *********, ********** is a complete JOKE and fraud. They "replaced" a windshield on my Infiniti G35 and put in wrong moldings which were peeling off. In addition, the moldings were not even the correct size. They told us to wait 24 hours to make sure everything is good, but in the meantime, they went ahead and cashed our check for the deductible of insurance and closed the case even though it was not complete. I am a customer of ********************** and I can tell you that I will NEVER use them again from their customer ********************** to their incompetent service technicians it took seven calls and three to four appointment change requests to get it right. No one has time to be on the phone this long due to incompetence Im so disgusted

I tried 20 plus numbers to talk to a human to get a price on a windshield and got animated response!!!!!! I know a lot of people that dont have a smartphone or a computer so how are they to get a price if you cant get a live person to talk to? I have never been so agervated in my life. We are a growing company the has a pretty good size fleet that know is looking for another company to take our business to!!! There loss for not hiring a real live person to speak to not everybody has gone to computers or smart smart phones!!!... read more

Do not trust this company. They are scam artists. They won't show up and they won't repair your windshield. They will tell your insurance company that they did though. I am not sure how they are still in business using tactics like this. Complete scam.

Scheduled an appointment with Safelite Auto Glass in *******, ** three weeks ago to fix a less than 6" chip in my windshield. The repair caused a crack and the windshield needed to be replaced. I was going on a trip for 2.5 weeks and scheduled a repair at that time for the day after my return. I drove to ******* this morning only to find out that they did not have the windshield, and did not know when the truck with the replacement would arrive. Made an appointment with safelite on 07/22/2021 for a repair on my **** jaguar's front windshield that needed to be replaced. Got 2 confirmations on that day for the repair to be done on 07/29/2021 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Got multiple texts from them during the week including one on 07/28/2021 stating that the techs name was**** and he would be arriving at the scheduled time, also received another text from them saying that if I wanted to input my c/c information now it would save time on the service date. Driver Complaint - on July 26, 2021 in *******, ** between 11:15 - 11:30 EST, driver pulled in front of me, only to turn again in several feet, I blew my horn, he slammed on brakes and stopped in the road trying to get me to hit him in the back end. I followed him to get his truck number in ******* business parking lot. His truck number *****. This black guy, with a ***** is a total a****** Should be fired for almost causing a wreck!!! What a joke! We have used Safelite many times however we will NEVER use them again!
