I am so upset with my windshield replacement. When I took my car in for the appointment I made a point to ask if the replacement windshield would be of the same quality and specification as was the windshield being replaced. I was told yes, he went on to say they reference the ****** to order the correct windshield. After I picked up my car I noticed a defect in the windshield. The technician that came to my home (numerous times) was nice and professional. That's about the only positive I have to say about Safelite. Other than that it has been a nightmare. The interior seal/molding around the windshield was never put back in properly. I've had techs out 4 times (between assessment and actual work) and it is worse than ever. Hanging off, glue all over, etc. But the worst is that you cannot SPEAK to anyone at Safelite. If you call their "customer **********************" numbers you'll receive a messa... read more

Scheduled an appointment and was debited the full payment for a windshield replacement I never received. Safelite called me once and I missed the call which they then canceled on me with no explanation. Called back and I was transferred to a nearby store in ******** **. Discovered that a call rep canceled my service and put in the report " no windshield in stock left a voice-mail". A week now and waiting on my refund.

This company is totally incompetent and has no clue about customer **********************. Because of the area I live and the insurance coverage I have I have had to deal with these people twice and both times were just an amazing disaster. Wrong windshield, wrong gasket, set an appointment through there call center 4 days later no appointment. I scheduled an appointment, they never showed. When I called, they told me that they didnt have a technician to come to scheduled appointment, so they told me to bring it in. When I took it in, they couldnt provide the needed service and the service rep stated that she didnt know when they could get the windshield replacement order in. Very poor service!

I am on my third attempt in trying to get Safelite to properly fix my windshield. They seem to be incapable of properly reattaching the rear view mirror assembly on my car. Its currently dangling by its electrical cables for the second time, and I just received a text (at 6:33PM) that they are at the last minute changing my appointment for 8AM tomorrow morning to fix it again. I scheduled an appointment with safelite and when they arrived they started working on my car and noticed a little bit of rust hardly anything and they said they couldnt continue with the replacement so they left me with no windshield so I couldnt even drive home from work. I called a different company and they said my car was red flagged by safelite so I called another company and they were able to Install a new windshield because they said it hardly had any rust and they didnt understand why safelite wouldnt work on it but... read more

They sorry. They pretty much stole my money and drove off. I immediately called ***** he TOLD me i had to call the local office and when i did he nonchalantly told me i had to bite the bullet or get them to put a new windshield in. I called them for a small repair on a windshield cost me $119.45. The spot is still there by th e time i got out of my vehicle to look at the windshield ***** was gone. I have lease Infiniti. Windshield has crack and I'm at lease end . Made appointment gave all information about car they show up with wrong windshield. Installer tells me they have to reschedule and I have go to shop. No problem they call me make second appointment. Now I have to cancel all other appointments for inspection and drop off . Day before second appointment they text me to cancel that appointment they just found out not in stock on back order. And want me to reschedule again. Not happening.
