Absolutely one of the most corrupt businesses that I have ever had to deal with. Payment system is purposely made to be as difficult as possible. No responses to emails and no phone number to get anyone to answer

I have been getting my car fixed at difference places for almost 50 years. This has been the worst experience i have ever had in attempting to get my car fixed any where in my whole life. ( Don't walk away from this place you need to RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! )

My husband took our 2020 VW to get a cracked windshield replaced. He waited for over an hour only to learn they did not have our windshield in stock because it is a heated windshield. He was told that it would be ordered and we would be contacted when it came in. My husband was upset because he waited for so long for something that should have been easy for them to tell him when they took our vehicle. I had a very small rock chip and scheduled a Safelite technician to come and repair it. My glass cracked almost entirely across my windshield as a result of this "repair". I am now being charged $587.20 to replace my window that did not need replaced two hours ago. When I spoke with the manager he proceeded to explain to me that "these things happen" and that they have no liability for cracking my windshield.

My van came out if the shop with part of the bottom windshield seal missing on both sides and the antenna mast was gone. The windshield wooers do not fit properly. I believe it is the wrong windshield. This company had plenty of time to orfer the correct windshield , seal and its just pure neglect that my antenna last is gone. Also they left some kind of tape on the windshield to hold it onto the van. I am dissatisfied and actually I wlnfurious.

Had an appointment between 8-5. No communication all day. I had a missed called at 16:37 with no voicemail which I returned with no answer within 8 minutes. Appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for 12, yes 12 days later! They also said that a text would be sent when the technician is on its way but nothing.

I had a windshield appointment scheduled for a timeframe of 12:00 - 5:00. Tech called me in the morning to confirm appointment and I asked what time he thought would be closest. I stated my son had a sporting event and I had to leave by 4:00. No problem as we do contactless appointments and that leaving the car unlocked would suffice and he would call me when done. I got my tesla model 3 windshield replaced here on April 15, then noted my cars AC started to act differently right after the apt. I had Tesla take a look at the car and found out that the temperature humidity sensor is missing. I went to safelight and talked to the receptionist about the problem, but I did not receive any information on what they were going to do about it. I went to SafeLite on Thursday after I called my insurance company about my cracked windshield and they referred me to SafeLite. Now, I spoke with them and confirmed day, time, and make/model of my vehicle. I was told 45-hour for my windshield replacement. When I got there, the rep told me the windshield would take more like 2+ hours because it was an "older model". I have a 2003 Ford Expedition.
