The Safelite tech who arrived at my complex on April 24, 2021, to repair my windshield was "Clueless" not to mention he did not know how to follow simple details from a GPS on how to get to my complex. Upon his arrival the first thing he says to me when I explain to him what happens to my windshield while driving on the highway he goes " Oh I Am Sorry, But I CAN NOT DO THAT TYPE OF WORK/ REPAIR FOR YOU. This is the first review I have ever written on any company with BBB. However, I felt the need as I never dealt with a company as bad as Safelite before. I had them replace my windshield. They showed up late and then broke the Cowl Grill on my car. 2 Months later and over 20 conversations with their management and they still have not repaired or replaced the grill. They continue to make false promises and never follow through. I will never use them again. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away from Safelite.

Safelite charges me $240 to fix my window and the technician that did the work left gkass all in my driveway and grass as well as alot of glass still in the car!! This glass is easily seen so why did they leave it? Not happy with Safelite and i would not recommend you support a shady company like this!!$

Sucks!!!!! Commercial lies. Worst company ever!!!!! Here I am all on a Saturday waiting got a text saying appointment was scheduled. No one. Use a local good company not this Corporate nightmare!!!!!! Also no one to answer the phones only online!! Ha because they are terrible and don't want to talk to you! Use anyone else you can!!!!!

Total liars and crooks. They Installed the cheaper version of our windshield while charging our insurance for the more expensive one! The cheaper version would not stay connected to our rear view mirror so it shook the whole time we tried to drive it. There is no way they didn’t know it was installed wrong as you can tell the minute you move the car an inch. All of this was hidden from us until we called corporate and complained of our very obvious issues of unsafe driving with a shaking rear view mirror. All customers and i... read more

Would give them negative 5 stars if it were possible. Safelight in Framingham, MA is probably the worst place I’ve ever been to, in terms of quality and knowledge of the business they pretend to be in. Botched the replacement of my passenger side window on my Benz—-twice. This is forcing me to take it to an alternative site in another town. The shop in Framingham is a perfect example of why I NEVER take my car anywhere but the dealership. Business response:

Still waiting for the replacement glass to arrive. Still driving a rental as a result of their negligence. Filed a complaint with SafeLight today (as if that’ll go anywhere but someone’s desk drawer). Also spoke with my insurance company who recommended not taking my car elsewhere at this point. Safelight will be held accountable for the shoddy work and damage to my car.

I have been stuck waiting for a month for this company to pay my provider. They make them do everything through email, no responses, no one from corporate will help. I finally paid over $1300 out of pocket to avoid losing thousands more because I'm stuck here until my shop gets paid. DO NOT USE! And btw, the replies from Safelite staying to call in and someone will help, ya know the replies that the BBB finds satisfactory, yeah they won't help you, it's customer service and they will tell you the same sob story, you have to ... read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a service provider! Customer Service NEVER called back when they told me they would. We had to initiate every call, including the first one to get the appointment scheduled, which they were supposed to call us to schedule. Spoke with 11 different people including the District Manager who although was very nice on the phone offered no assistance at all!
