They came to my home for a windshield replacement. They installed a defective warped windshield on me. I had to make a SECOND appointment and they took half of my day again!! they don't check their product before they place it in your car according to the receptionist. Do YOU have the time for poor quality?! I'm hoping the second replacement is of professional quality--friggin thing is costly!! approx $650. absolutely horrible scam. schedule second week of sat jan online. told have to talk w. them and insurance on a call monday. took day off early to have a 3 way call on tuesday. told everything is set for upcoming appointment friday. friday 2:53 rep cancelled my appointment on the way out after taking the day off waiting. told i never had a call. they put me on hold for over 2 hour to talk to my insurance and found out yes the phone call on tuesday did take place. next available appointment next week. next wed, told repair not... read more

If I could score Safelite AutoGlass zero stars I would. We we're given a 5 hour window where someone had to be home because rain was a possibility and they cannot work outside in the rain. We called to check as the day progressed and we're told the appointment would be handled. 6 PM came, no tech. We tried calling the office again, but we didn't get answer because they were closed. I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement with this company. I waited the entire day since my appointment window was pretty broad and took time off work. They never showed up. I never got a call or a follow up so I had to call to report that the job was never done. About a week or so goes by and they call back to reschedule. I’m rescheduled but the associate helping me never mentioned that I Am scheduled to come to the shop to do this. Safelite damaged my radio screen and claim it was like that when I brought it in. The tech stated he wiped something sticky off it but didn’t damage it. The tech and asst manager was trying to get me say I did it and leave the property. I Called the police to get it resolved.

I will drive around without a windshield before using this company again. I took the morning off for a windshield replacement. The installer came and installed, I thought all was well. I got into my truck and realized I had no satellite radio. It was not just not on, it could no longer be chosen as an input option. Looked at the pod behind rear view mirror and it is crooked and separated from the windshield. In addition the windshield is filthy with a huge suction cup mark right in my field of vision. Scheduled appointment yesterday, no one showed called company they said they called twice as they were lost. That was a lie no one called rescheduled for today and no one showed. Called again because I saw someone had changed my zip code. Got that straight and "somehow it got changed to wrong zip again. I will find a more reputable business

3rd time getting work done here, and each time crack turned out worse!. (This is on 2 different cars), very disappointed in how they treat their customers. Finally got a new windshield put in, noticed a tiny pin whole after being installed, Called customer service, said they would document it just in case. Came out to my car 3 days later to find a bigger chip, called nothing was ever documented, was treated like I was stupid. Said they can look at it, but can’t determine if it’s under warranty. I hate I put my trust & money into this company I wish I could give them no stars. My insurance recommended them to me. Which I definitely regret I got my back driver window replaced due to my car getting broken Which was a hard time for me. Everything on the door was still properly working besides having a broken back window. But after the worker replaced my window on 10/7/22. Days later I noticed the door they worked on lock was no longer locking properly as before. They sent someone out to check on it under the warranty. ... read more
