On 3/30/23 my insurance directed me to Safelite Auto Glass to repair a small chip on my windshield. On 4/3/23 The technician called and said he would be here in the a.m. which was no time frame really being I had to wait on them but they could have gave a timeframe didn’t. He never called when he was on his way he just showed up and he started on it. I heard the noise outside and I came to see what was going on and it was the technician. I wish they had a negative-star rating system. I know these reviews go unnoticed a lot, but I hope my review as well as the others help. This place, specifically the **** ****** ********** ***** ***** ***** ** *****, is unbelievably unprofessional. I saw everything from a pow wow at the front desk to a staff rolling their eyes at a customer after the customer walked off. First of all, this was 4th time!! On the 16th of March 2022. I went to the Safelite store located on Armenia Avenue to pick up my car, after a windshield glass change. Unfortunately the service was not good, because the glass did not work the rain sensor on the windshield. I took the car there on the 20th of May. A technician checked my car and said it had to be changed, as the glass was defective. So, I rescheduled the service, took the car again on May 27 and left. 1 month ago, my windshield was replaced by a technician who lost a part on my vehicle, specifically the windshield wiper nut. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve been driving through rain and snow with 1 windshield wiper because I was told I had to wait 7-10 Business Days for them to special order this part. No follow up call. Came in to get a small chip less than the size of a dime repaired rather than replace the entire windshield. They applied the epoxy and cleaned it up to look and feel nice. However the following day the chip had grown into a very large crack across the windshield and now I have to have it replaced. I paid out of pocket for the repair of $170 and now they want over $600 for new windshield and recalibration of the sensor. They are saying they are not responsible for the new windshield at all. Had a chip in window after repairs had a long crack. Went back 15 minutes later. Supervisor Of 41 years said you good. No sorry it cracked nothing. Won’t go back

Very unprofessional at this place. Chattanooga, TN. They did not honor my warranty and refused to correct their mistake. I had to deal with them for a couple of months with an issue I had with my windshield installation. My windshield has been making a cracking noise since I drove it off the lot after a repair. I called and had to wait for 2 weeks to get inspected after installation. A tech inspects it and finds nothing but adjusted something under the hood. Allstate Insurance needs to find a new vendor!! Most unprofessional and unprepared service i have ever experienced. I booked my car for mobile repair. They called and cancelled the day of. Told me it needed to be worked on in the shop. Ok. I make an appointment. I am here at 7am. They said it would take about 3hrs. Ok i will wait.
