Given the very desirable seller's market here in Sammamish, we were tempted to sell our house ourselves. We're extremely happy we didn't. Ed is an amazing real estate agent! He helped a first time home buyer through all the ups and downs of purchasing a new home. He was very responsive and willing to work with my schedule. Roy came to us highly recommended by our agent that we worked with on the purchase of our new home in a different city. He is excellent to work with, very knowledgeable about the area, friendly and kept us up to date with what was happening at all times. We have already recommended him to other people in our neighborhood and will continue to do so. He has a great supporting team also.
