Roy and his team went above and beyond our expectations. The sale involved some tricky negotiations, snow, cleaning, hand holding (most of the selling family lives out of state)--all handled in a professional manner. I was always able to reach Roy with questions, if he hadn't already called me first. I highly recommend Roy.
