WOW! After owning my first home for 15 years, I thought that it was going to be a hard and sentimental process selling it. We highly recommend Josh Sanford. It was an extremely positive experience working with him to buy our first house. He was never pushy and gave us references we needed. When we finally found “the one” he advised us with exactly what to do to ensure we got it and wasted no time with the things that needed to happen on his end to get our offer in. Excellent at communicating with us through the entire process. Could not have asked for a better experience.
