Eliud Garza is the far best real estate brooker we have met. Although his youth, he appear very experienced and acts with great authority. All of this made us feel very comfortable throughout early contacs, reviews of homes, negotiating offer, keeping contact with the lender, and helping closing. We could not have asked for more. Roy and his team were everything we expected them to be. Professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work, and always responded quickly to anything we needed. He would address concerns before they became problems and made the whole process very stress fee. High He had a plan for everything and a plan B just in case. I highly recommend Roy and his team to anyone!

We bumped into Roy for the first time at an open house, and something about him clicked right away. Likely it was his family values and how he extends those to his clients. Roy helped us deep into builder negotiations, often explaining us pitfalls of one approach to other, how to fully utilize the resources and the process overall.
