Roy and his team were everything we expected them to be. Professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work, and always responded quickly to anything we needed. He would address concerns before they became problems and made the whole process very stress fee. High He had a plan for everything and a plan B just in case. I highly recommend Roy and his team to anyone!

We bumped into Roy for the first time at an open house, and something about him clicked right away. Likely it was his family values and how he extends those to his clients. Roy helped us deep into builder negotiations, often explaining us pitfalls of one approach to other, how to fully utilize the resources and the process overall. Roy Towse is a true professional. His knowledge of the real estate market, both locally and nationally, is impressive. This was very helpful to us as we sold our house and bought out of state. What also sets him apart from other agents is his knowledge of the closing and escrow process which is quite complicated today.
