Ed is an amazing real estate agent! He helped a first time home buyer through all the ups and downs of purchasing a new home. He was very responsive and willing to work with my schedule. Roy came to us highly recommended by our agent that we worked with on the purchase of our new home in a different city. He is excellent to work with, very knowledgeable about the area, friendly and kept us up to date with what was happening at all times. We have already recommended him to other people in our neighborhood and will continue to do so. He has a great supporting team also. We needed a quick turnaround on the sale of this home and he made it happen. If we could give him 10 stars we would.

Roy and his team worked hard to recommend actions like adding gravel to the land to make it more accessible and inviting to prospective buyers and negotiate with buyers to help sell my property. They worked with handymen and maintenance men to get the lot view ready, It was a pleasure to work with them!

Josh helped me find a rental property in Renton. This was fairly challenging as it was a hot market. Josh, however, went above and beyond and was able to find us a deal that closed below the highest offer due to prior relationships.

Excellent experience overall, I would highly recommend Josh to friends and family. Not only was he familiar with the Eastside housing markets, but the other agents he works with have experience in the neighborhoods as well, which helped add to the overall level of expertise at our disposal. Roy came highly recommended and lived up to his reputation. The sale was a bit complicated because we kids were helping our parents sell the house they'd owned for 40 years. He was very sensitive in terms of leading them through the process and keeping the whole family involved at the same time.
