Roy sold our house in Sammamish in a not so good market . He is everything a realtor should be .. realistic when he needs to be .. super optimistic when the seller starts hitting low.. extraordinarily patient and not to forget he has an army of vendors taking care of everything in the house. We left the house to move to a different state and Roy took care of the landscaping .. making sure the house was cleaned up. Roy and his team listed and sold our home of 14 years in Sammamish earlier this year. We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! We have nothing but praises for Josh. He is attentive, very fast wrt response time, patient (very!) and really gives you the real perspective of the property- not by the looks of the property but by what would suit your needs. For example, there was this house that we thought would be good option, but he was real about it's drawbacks yet took us to check it out, very patiently.
