It was super easy to work with Roy-- he's patient, knowledgeable and really knows the not only market in where we were looking, but also has the connections to back it up. He made sure we got the house and as first-time home buyers walked us through the transaction. He also gave us a great set of contacts for financing and home improvements. He and Emily made buying a house in global pandemic as painless as possible.

I have bought and sold many homes in my life and dealt with many realtors. I have never seen service like Roy Towse and his assistant Emily. The best ever with a very difficult sale. I was unable to perform many functions with the sale as I was in a different State. Roy and Emily personally moved items for me in the house. They made sure everything was put away and taken care of. if you're going to buy a house during a pandemic, do it with roy. he is super knowledgeable of the local markets. he is responsive, and has been doing this for a very long time, which is important because he's seen lot of different situations. most importantly, he's a down to earth guy, has a family, and made the process fun. he also has a good team which will make your life easier.
