if you're going to buy a house during a pandemic, do it with roy. he is super knowledgeable of the local markets. he is responsive, and has been doing this for a very long time, which is important because he's seen lot of different situations. most importantly, he's a down to earth guy, has a family, and made the process fun. he also has a good team which will make your life easier.

We have used Roy several times now and it’s always top notch customer service and he always gets us the best outcome possible. He takes care of the smallest details so you don’t have to and they make such a difference. He is definitely professional, looks out for your best interest, trustworthy and most of all is a kind person. Josh Sanford did a fantastic job for me when I wanted to find a place to live on Bainbridge Island. He familiarized himself with the Island and was able to answer all my questions. He showed me a number of places that were within my criteria. Once decided upon the one I wanted, he helped me through all the signings and made it very easy for me. Eliud Garza is the far best real estate brooker we have met. Although his youth, he appear very experienced and acts with great authority.
