It was such a pleasure to work with Jesse when finding our home! The team took time to understand what we were looking for and helped tailor our results accordingly. Over the long weekend of house hunting, Jesse refined his recommendations based on what he saw us love or dislike, and there were houses he eliminated for us based on what he knew we wanted. I cannot say enough about how great an experience I had working with Jesse Aspuria to purchase a home. When our family relocated back to Seattle's Eastside in early 2021, Roy was recommended to us by a friend who works in the real estate industry (not as a broker). We were told he was "the best." Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. Knows the market and provides guidance and suggestions appropriately while trying to meet the important items on your checklist when buying a home. Responsiveness to going and viewing homes was quick especially with the current state of the market when homes go pending so quickly. Negotiations were top notch and established great rapport with seller agents. Overall recommend hands down when buying a home especially your first one!

I interviewed Roy three years ago and two other agents. Roy impressed with his personalities, knowledge and responsiveness. I wasn't ready to sell three years ago. Roy didn't push at all.
