It would be impossible to praise Roy too much. We started working with him a full 3 months before we had any intention (or ability) to purchase a home. I set out to buy a new home, and met with Roy by chance thanks to Zillow. He very quickly figured out my requirements in our first meeting. He was very humble during that meeting (only later on I learned from others that he is the topmost agent in Sammamish and other areas). Roy was amazing. Not only did he help us turn around our house for sale within 2 weeks... the organization and efficiency of him and his team took a real load off our family. Roy was so good at marketing and listing our house, we had almost too many offers to evaluate, which is a great problem to have. If you're in the market to sell your home, I'd highly recommend Roy, he's the best in the business.

Roy is an absolute delight to work with! His knowledge of the Seattle and suburbs is unparalleled and he was able to help us find our dream home! He and Emily were always available to answer questions and our entire buying process was hassle free.
