Roy Towse is a true professional. His knowledge of the real estate market, both locally and nationally, is impressive. This was very helpful to us as we sold our house and bought out of state. What also sets him apart from other agents is his knowledge of the closing and escrow process which is quite complicated today. It had been 20 years since we sold and bought a house and Roy's experience and expertise helped us navigate our way to success. We would highly recommend Roy Towse.

Roy is a true professional. He is up to date on market trends. He was spot on with pricing our home and knew exactly when to put our home on sale.
