Roy is a true professional. He is up to date on market trends. He was spot on with pricing our home and knew exactly when to put our home on sale. Roy and his team went above and beyond our expectations. The sale involved some tricky negotiations, snow, cleaning, hand holding (most of the selling family lives out of state)--all handled in a professional manner. Josh was wonderful to work with, from beginning to end. He provided excellent data initially, which not only convinced us to work with him, but helped in ultimately setting the sale price. Circumstances required that the house sit empty for a couple of months before we could get it on the market.
