Ed helped us in purchasing our house in Sammamish and we had a great experience with him. He is very knowledgeable about real state. Also, he is very friendly and was always available to help us with checking properties everyday, answering our questions and addressing concerns. This guy is the Michael Jordan equivalent in real estate up in the Seattle WA area. We purchased two brand new town homes in the Parc Living community in Renton Highlands through Josh. The process was extremely smooth. Since these properties are intended for rentals, and we are out of state, Josh was also kind enough to help show the property to potential tenants!!!
