Roy and his team are AMAZING!!! We will never work with a different agent. He helped us buy our first home and later sell it 4 years later. It was the easiest, simplest process and entirely stress free. Roy negotiated GREAT terms when we purchased our home. When we sold, our house was on the market for only FOUR DAYS and we received FIVE OFFERS OVER ASKING PRICE! Roy is top of the line and you would be lucky to hire him as an agent.

We were relocating from out of state. Josh paid attention to our needs and found us the perfect house. He brought our new home to our attention the minute it went on the market and we were able to be the first to see it and make an offer. We bought it for under the asking price! Josh helped facilitate the closing process with our local bank and all went smoothly.
