Roy was our agent when we bought a new home in Sammamish in August directly from a builder. We had already picked out the community and model we liked. Roy was really responsive, helpful and knowledgeable as we worked through the process of figuring out the lot to pick, comparison with other communities in the area, contract negotiations, upgrades/modifications, final walk-through and selecting vendors for getting additional work done after closing. I am immensely grateful for the talents and professionalism of Roy and his team who helped us sell our house in Snoqualmie, WA. Roy was very professional and responsive. He listed our house and it sold within one day. The home was pre-inspected and the items identified were taken care of prior to the sale. it was staged and professionally photographed so that it was presented in its most positive light. It's difficult to describe the level of service we received from Roy without sounding cliche or contrived. In one word it was 'perfect'. Roy is the best agent in the business. It was by pure luck that we found him. We just asked to see a house, that was listed on zillow, and he was the agent that responded. The first house we viewed our son ran up and hugged Roy, the minute we stepped out of the car. That was a sign. Everything was amazing. Roy is smart, honest, friendly, efficient and treats you like family. We not only found a house we made a life long friend.
